Where do you provide treatments?
Treatments are provided in the comfort of your own home. I am based in Burghfield Common and provide visits within a radius of approx 30 minutes’ drive. Places covered include Burghfield, Mortimer, Wokefield, Tadley, Aldermaston, Brimpton, Padworth, Woolhampton, Midgham, Thatcham, Bucklebury, Cold Ash, Yattenden, Tidmarsh, Bradfield, Pangbourne, Theale, Sulham, south/west Reading. This list is not exhaustive – please check to see if I cover your area.
I also work at The Orchard Clinic in Upper Basildon every Tuesday afternoon/evening and Thursday afternoon, and alternate Saturday mornings – please contact them for availability and costs.
How much does a massage or yoga session cost?
- one-hour massage – £60
- 90-minute massage – £80 (£85 for hot stone)
- one-hour yoga session – £50
- 90-minute yoga session – £65.
Payment is by cash, Paym or online bank transfer.
Are you qualified?
Yes, I am fully qualified and hold:
- Level 4 Diploma in Holistic Massage with Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology from The Massage Training Institute (MTI)
- Diploma in Traditional Thai Yoga Massage from the Association of Physical and Natural Therapists (APNT)
- 200-hour Diploma in Teaching Yoga (Certified by Yoga Alliance).
I am committed to my continually updating and expanding my skill-set through courses and workshops, and am a member of the Massage Training Institute (MTI) and Complementary Therapists Association (CThA).
Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully insured with Balens, who specialize in holistic therapies.
What should I wear?
For holistic or hot stone massage you will be asked to undress down to your underwear and your privacy will be maintained at all times with large towels.
Thai Yoga Massage is performed fully clothed – please wear a comfortable short- or long-sleeved top and leggings/track pants (please avoid clothing with zips and buttons and tops with hoods as these can obstruct the treatment).
For yoga, please wear comfortable exercise wear.
What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
No problem – but please give me at least 24 hours’ notice.
